Welcome to Immoral Consent.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Immoral Consent website, including the forum, chat, private messages, profiles, The Wall, uploads, reactions, notifications, and related features.

By creating an account, logging in, posting content, uploading media, using chat, sending private messages, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website.

2. About Immoral Consent

Immoral Consent is an online community website for discussion, social interaction, media sharing, music-related community activity, and content connected to the Immoral Consent community.

Immoral Consent is the name of the website/service. It should not be interpreted as the name of a registered company unless this page is later updated to say so.

For questions or requests, contact:

Contact: contact@immoralconsent.com

3. Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use interactive features of the website.

By creating an account or using interactive features, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

If we discover that an account belongs to someone under the required age, we may restrict, suspend, or delete the account and related content.

Sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18, is strictly prohibited.

4. Accounts

To use some features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

You must not:

  • create an account using someone else's identity;
  • share your password with others;
  • access another user's account without permission;
  • use automated systems, bots, scripts, or scraping tools to abuse the website;
  • create multiple accounts to evade bans, restrictions, moderation, or rate limits;
  • use the website in a way that harms other users, the service, or the community.

We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a harmful, abusive, unlawful, or disruptive way.

5. User Content

The website allows users to post, upload, send, or display content, including forum topics, replies, profile information, profile images, chat messages, private messages, Wall media, captions, reports, and reactions.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to post or upload your content and that your content does not violate the rights of others.

You keep ownership of your content.

However, by submitting content to the website, you give us permission to host, store, copy, display, publish, distribute, moderate, modify for technical reasons, and make that content available as part of the website.

This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and lasts for as long as needed to operate the website, display existing community discussions, enforce rules, protect users, comply with legal obligations, maintain backups, investigate abuse, and preserve the integrity of the community.

6. Public and Private Areas

Some parts of the website are public or visible to other users, including forum posts, replies, profile information, profile images, Wall uploads, captions, likes, Consent counts, public chat messages, display names, ranks, and reputation-related information.

Private messages are intended to be visible only to the conversation participants. However, private messages may be accessible to authorized administrators where necessary for technical operation, safety, abuse investigation, moderation, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

You should not post, upload, or send anything that you do not want others to see, save, copy, screenshot, or share.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not post, upload, send, link to, encourage, or promote content or behavior that is illegal, abusive, harmful, or otherwise not allowed under these Terms.

Prohibited content and conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • illegal content;
  • threats, harassment, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse;
  • hate speech or dehumanizing attacks against protected groups;
  • spam, scams, phishing, malware, malicious links, or deceptive behavior;
  • doxxing or sharing someone's private information without permission;
  • content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • impersonation or misleading identity claims;
  • instructions or encouragement for serious harm;
  • sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or non-consensual intimate content;
  • sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18 or anyone who appears to be under 18;
  • pornographic content;
  • explicit sexual images or videos;
  • visible genitals or anus;
  • uncovered nipples in a sexual or explicit context;
  • sexual acts;
  • content uploaded mainly for sexual gratification;
  • revenge porn or intimate images shared without clear consent;
  • animal cruelty or extreme graphic violence;
  • content that interferes with the operation, security, or availability of the website;
  • attempts to bypass authentication, permissions, upload limits, rate limits, moderation tools, or technical restrictions.

Immoral Consent is not a pornography website.

Non-explicit swimwear, stage outfits, alternative fashion, lingerie-style outfits, or suggestive non-explicit images may be allowed if they do not show explicit nudity, visible genitals, sexual acts, or sexual content involving minors.

We may remove content that we believe crosses the line, even if it is not listed word-for-word above.

8. Moderation

We may moderate the website to protect users, the community, and the service.

Moderation actions may include:

  • removing content;
  • hiding content;
  • editing content for technical or safety reasons;
  • closing or reopening forum topics;
  • limiting uploads;
  • restricting accounts;
  • suspending accounts;
  • deleting accounts;
  • blocking access;
  • preserving information needed for security, abuse investigation, moderation, dispute handling, or legal reasons.

Moderation may be performed manually by the website operator, administrators, or staff.

The website may also use technical tools such as upload validation, rate limits, chat cooldowns, rich text sanitization, temporary chat-state expiration, and automated cleanup of expired content.

We are not required to monitor all content before it appears.

Users are encouraged to report abusive, illegal, or prohibited content.

9. Reports

The website may allow users to report content, especially Wall uploads or other visible content.

When you submit a report, you must do so honestly and in good faith.

False, abusive, spammy, or malicious reports may result in restrictions on your account.

We may review reports and take action at our discretion.

10. Likes, Consent, Moral Points, and Reputation Features

The website may include reactions such as likes, "Consent," moral points, ranks, counters, or similar reputation features.

These features are part of the community experience.

They do not create any legal entitlement, payment right, ownership right, guaranteed status, or permanent benefit.

We may change, recalculate, reset, remove, hide, or disable these features if needed for technical, moderation, fairness, abuse-prevention, or community reasons.

11. Chat and Private Messages

The website may provide public chat, temporary rooms, invitations, private messages, and notifications.

You must follow the same content rules in chat and private messages as in public areas.

Private messages must not be used for harassment, threats, spam, scams, sexual exploitation, illegal content, non-consensual intimate content, or other prohibited behavior.

We may restrict, investigate, or disable messaging features if needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

12. Uploads and Media

You may be able to upload profile images, forum images, Wall images, Wall videos, or other media.

You must not upload media that you do not have the right to use.

You must not upload malware, illegal content, non-consensual intimate content, pornographic content, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates someone else's rights.

We may compress, resize, convert, delete, hide, reject, or restrict uploaded files for technical, safety, moderation, storage, or legal reasons.

We may limit file size, file type, upload frequency, number of uploads, and storage duration.

13. Account Deletion

Users may be given an option to request account deletion.

When account deletion is requested, we may require the user to confirm the request by entering account information such as email, username, and password.

Account deletion may be delayed for a short grace period, such as 7 days, so the user can cancel the deletion by logging back in or using a cancellation option if available.

After the grace period, the account may be deleted or anonymized.

Deleting an account does not automatically delete all content previously posted by that account. Forum topics, replies, public conversations, and other community content may remain available so that discussions are not broken.

Where appropriate, deleted accounts may be shown as "Deleted user," "Former user," or similar, and the public profile identity may be removed or anonymized.

When account deletion is finalized, Wall uploads and public global chat messages may be removed, while private messages may remain visible to the other participant with the deleted account identity anonymized.

Users who want specific content removed should delete it manually where tools are available or contact us at:

Contact: contact@immoralconsent.com

Some data may be retained where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or legitimate community operation.

14. Content Deletion

Some features may allow users to delete, archive, or hide their own content.

Content deletion may be limited depending on the feature.

For example, users may be able to delete or archive certain forum topics or Wall uploads, while other content such as private messages, chat messages, or replies may not always have a self-service deletion option.

If you need help removing specific content, contact us at:

Contact: contact@immoralconsent.com

We may retain limited records where needed for security, legal, moderation, abuse-prevention, dispute-handling, backup, or technical reasons.

15. Intellectual Property

The website design, logo, name, layout, text, code, graphics, and other materials created by or for Immoral Consent are owned by their respective owners and may not be copied, reused, or exploited without permission.

User content remains owned by the user or original rights holder, subject to the permission granted to us under these Terms.

You must respect copyright and other intellectual property rights.

If you believe content on the website infringes your rights, contact us at:

Contact: contact@immoralconsent.com

Please include enough information to identify the content and explain your claim.

16. Availability and Changes

The website may change over time.

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or unchanged.

The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, bugs, hosting issues, attacks, data loss, third-party failures, or other reasons.

17. Security

You must not attempt to interfere with the website's security, infrastructure, code, database, accounts, sessions, WebSockets, APIs, uploads, or other systems.

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, upload limits, moderation tools, or access controls.

If you discover a security issue, contact us responsibly at:

Contact: contact@immoralconsent.com

Do not exploit, publish, or use the issue to access data, harm users, or harm the website.

18. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, DNS, email delivery, IP geolocation, database services, caching, WebSocket functionality, security, or other technical operations.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we aim to use them only as needed to operate the website.

19. Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose.

User content is created by users, not necessarily by us.

We do not endorse all user content and are not responsible for every statement, image, message, opinion, upload, or link posted by users.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, lost profits, reputational harm, or damages caused by user content or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

21. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the service, caused legal, technical, or security concerns, or harmed the community.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are significant, we may notify users through the website, by email, or by another reasonable method.

Continuing to use the website after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

Where possible, account deletion should remove or anonymize the user profile identity attached to retained public content.

23. Account Deletion

Users may be able to request account deletion.

After deletion, your account may be removed or anonymized.

Public content you previously posted may remain visible if needed to preserve community discussions, but it may be detached from your active profile and shown under a label such as "Deleted user" or similar.

Finalized account deletion is intended to remove your Wall media and public global chat messages from the live website. Private messages may remain for the other participant, but the deleted account identity should be anonymized.
